Top of funnel closer wanted. Fast growing company seeks career-oriented salesperson to set appointments for the CEO. Position leads to outside sales position.

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of sales experience and have a resourceful, persuasive, determined, competitive attitude and have the ability to easily connect with people from all walks of life. You’ll have a positive attitude and let the no’s roll off your back.

Responsibilities

  • Calling and emailing into businesses in and around Philadelphia to identity opportunities and scheduling first time appointments
  • Identifying needs and goals of the Client and demonstrate how Proper Sky can help grow and secure their business
  • Becoming the market expert: gather feedback, monitor competitor activity, marketing opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement to management
  • Ensuring that the database is clean, efficient, accurate and optimized

You Should Have

  • Dynamic personality who possesses a positive attitude and desire to be great
  • A “listen first” mindset, especially with decision makers
  • A desire to succeed and to challenge yourself; day-in, day-out
  • Coach-ability. Open to new ideas and feedback. Constantly looking to improve your skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make sound judgment to plan to achieve goals
  • Persuasive with demonstrated history of success
  • Outbound tele-sales or IT industry experience is great
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
