While 90% of the work we do can be done remotely for our clients, every organization has unique needs. That’s why Proper Sky offers 2 levels of IT support. If you are local to the Greater Philadelphia or Tristate area and need onsite support, we have an option for that.
For national, multi-office clients with planned projects or needs, we can absolutely dispatch engineers for onsite jobs as needed. We also have a strong national network of partners ready to assist across all the major US cities.
We understand that you likely already invested in technology before engaging with us, some of which still has a lot of life left. We do our best to transition and support those existing technologies wherever possible to maximize your ROI. We’re what you call a “technology agnostic” IT company, however, there are some situations where we must uphold our standards from a performance, security and compliance perspective. For example, if your team is using hardware that is end of life, or software that is no longer supported or not business-grade, we will request that you upgrade to a newer version.
We strive to make our billing as simple and transparent as possible. Our services are billed on a monthly flat fee for each managed endpoint to ensure all devices touching your network are protected, compliant and supported. While it depends on the sophistication of your environment, you can expect to spend somewhere between $120 and $200 per user.
It’s inevitable that overtime, you’ll have service requests that are not covered under your agreement. These services will be clearly defined in your contract so there is no question, and we will always provide a statement of work, so the deliverables are crystal clear. Depending on the scope, we will create a project (larger requests) or invoice you for one-off requests (a few hours of work) - like setting up a new laptop for example.
