Michael is our dedicated Strategy &Alignment Manager and has been with us for almost 2 years now! Michael plays a pivotal role in driving client success by seamlessly aligning their business goals with innovative IT solutions. With a strong focus on understanding each client’s unique challenges, objectives, and long-term vision, Michael bridges the gap between technology and business strategy. By transforming complex business needs into actionable IT strategies, he empowers clients to leverage technology as a catalyst for growth, efficiency, and staying competitive in their industries.
Before joining Proper Sky, Michael held various client strategy roles within the managed services industry. His extensive experience, combined with his passion for delivering supportive and positive client experiences, has made him a trusted advisor to businesses. Michael takes pride in actively add value to a client’s operations and overall success.
Outside of the office, Michael is an avid reader, food enthusiast, and lover of cultural events and art markets. His passion for the arts extends beyond personal interest—he’s a co-founder of the Chrysalis Art Center in Downingtown, PA, where he actively supports and promotes local artists and creative initiatives.
