Meet Miles, Proper Sky’s dynamic Field Technician who thrives on delivering hands-on IT support to clients. He enjoys helping people in person, solving problems, and seeing firsthand how his solutions make a difference. Rotating between key client offices keeps his work exciting and allows him to meet new people every day.
Miles loves Proper Sky’s culture, which pushes him to grow professionally while providing the flexibility to enjoy his personal life. He appreciates the collaborative team environment that supports learning and teamwork.
A Penn State graduate with a degree in IT and a minor in Security and Risk Analysis, Miles is thrilled to apply all he has learned and yet is still focused on advancing his career at Proper Sky by studying for additional certifications.
Outside of work, Miles loves traveling (especially to Costa Rica), collecting movies, and making hip-hop and R&B music.
