We’re excited to spotlight Juan, our Helpdesk Manager at Proper Sky! Recently promoted, Juan has taken on the responsibility of ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. He’s committed to making sure our team not only resolves issues but does so in a way that continually enhances the customer experience. Juan is laser focused on keeping the helpdesk running smoothly, ensuring our team is utilizing their time effectively. He is constantly searching for ways to improve efficiency through employee training and adopting best-in-class tools.

This month marks Juan’s five-year anniversary with us. Over the years, he’s become known for his mentorship, adaptability, and his calm, patient demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.

When asked what he enjoys most about working at Proper Sky, Juan highlights the leadership team’s genuine care for their employees—both professionally and personally. He also values the strong team-first mentality, where everyone looks out for one another and works together as a cohesive unit.

Outside of work, Juan is a die-hard football fan who lives and breathes the game at all levels, with a particular passion for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He’s even a guest speaker on a sports podcast, where he often shares his insights about the team. On top of that, Juan is a proud father to two daughters, aged 18 and 13, who keep him busy with their dance and piano activities.
