This month, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on Mack, our dedicated Account Manager, who recently celebrated his one-year anniversary with Proper Sky. 🎉

Mack has been an invaluable resource to our team and clients, consistently acting as a sounding board and champion for client success. He takes time to understand each client’s experience, ensuring we’re meeting their expectations and identifying solutions tailored to both their needs and budgets. Mack is committed to seeing projects and services through to completion, always keeping our clients’ best interests in mind.

Mack truly embraces Proper Sky’s team spirit. He appreciates our all-hands-on-deck culture, sharing the same sentiment of readiness to step up whenever needed. For Mack, it’s about more than IT; it’s about fostering lasting partnerships, guiding clients, and helping them feel secure knowing they have a trusted ally in their corner.

Outside of work, Mack’s adventurous side shines. He loves hiking, exploring new places, and staying active. Though he’s traveled far and wide, he’s excited to dive deeper into exploring the continental U.S. When he’s not out in nature or working out, you’ll find him playing the guitar, an instrument he’s enjoyed since childhood.
