It’s an exciting time at Proper Sky, and as the first month of 2024 comes to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on the successes we experienced over the past year and share with you what’s to come in the year ahead.
First and foremost we want to thank our loyal customers who continue to place trust in us as their IT partner – without you we wouldn’t be where we are today. Second, our talented, hardworking team that continues to deliver 110% percent day in and day out – you are the secret sauce to the magic that is happening here. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to our clients and staying true to all that embodies and propels us to deliver exceptional services.
Amongst the Sky, A Star is Born – Growth in Numbers (and New Faces)
2023 was quite a ride for Proper Sky, we achieved more than we could have ever imagined in a single year. Exponentially surpassing our sales goals, we added several amazing new clients; and almost doubled our staff!
This time last year, we were 12, now, we’re over 20 and counting! Several new positions were added to ensure that we continue to deliver an outstanding customer experience as we continue to grow.
At IT Nation Connect 2023, the largest annual industry event for MSPs, Proper Sky was presented with the 2023 Soaring Star award which is bestowed upon the fastest-growing MSP across the ITNation. In less than a year, we achieved over 70% growth.
Fresh New Digs
In May of 2023, we said goodbye to our roots in Glenside and settled into our new office in Willow Grove. While we miss Glenside, our new office in Abington is 100% more climate controlled, modern and built to accommodate our current and future growth.
Innovative Partnerships
We’re constantly searching for ways to help our customers be more productive, enhance collaboration and keep their employees protected, and business cybersecurity locked down. One way we’re able to achieve this is by building strong relationships with best-in-class partnerships. Timus Networks + Proper Sky is a newly developed partnership, which is already proving its value to our customers. They understand our industry and our customer needs and are instrumental in helping us deliver cutting-edge remote access and mobile security solutions. This partnership not only aligns with our mission of providing exceptional customer service, but also enables us to stay at the forefront of technological advancements, ensuring our clients have access to the latest and most effective tools to drive their success.
