This month, we’re excited to spotlight Daine, our incredible Dispatcher who keeps Proper Sky’s help desk running smoothly. As the first point of contact for our clients, Daine expertly documents issues, creates tickets, and assigns them to the right engineers, all while making sure clients feel confident and cared for. His keen ability to understand technical issues and align them with our engineers’ unique skill sets makes him a linchpin in our success.
Daine’s years of customer service experience shine through in his exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, crucial in this fast-paced, high-pressure role. He works from the Philippines, where he has mastered the time difference and enjoys a balanced work-life routine, allowing more quality time with his family.
Join us in congratulating Daine on his recent marriage! As a newlywed, he cherishes his time with his wife and loves sharing moments from their wedding (photos below). Outside of work, Daine enjoys listening to music, cooking, and being an active participant in his church community.
